Terms and Conditions
- The merchant is obligated to provide accurate data, description of the product and to ensure the validity of the product.
- The merchant is obligated not to sell dangerous products, sensitive materials, or products of unknown origin.
- Ensure that your products do not cause any personal injury or property damage.
- The merchant is committed to the return and exchange policy followed by the company's management.
- The merchant bears all legal responsibilities, compensation and safety of the products displayed on the platform.
- The merchant is trying hard to adjust prices and not display exaggerated prices to contribute to the success and spread of the platform and increase sales opportunities.
- The merchant bears the value of the sales tax and the value of the value-added tax due on his product.
- The merchant has the right to delete his products through the platform at any time he wants and must inform the platform management of this and retrieve any product for him in the platform store without any conditions or material costs.
- The merchant does not benefit in any way from the commission system for marketers and should not participate in the program.
- Sales are paid to the merchant after 15 days of each successful sale.
Company's commission
- A fixed commission of 10% of the selling price of the product displayed on the platform is calculated.
- Shipping costs are not included in the commission value.
